Thank you for checking out my wafer paper class! I’m an award-winning cake maker with over 15 years of experience in the cake industry. Since 2018, I’ve had the privilege of teaching thousands of students online through cake decorating and sugar flower classes.

I specialise in teaching beautiful sugar flowers, flawless cake finishes, macarons, and baking.

More recently, I began teaching wafer paper flowers, and I couldn’t be happier that I did. I absolutely adore wafer paper flowers – their delicate nature, vibrant colours, and stunning realism.
