Introduction

These Terms set out how you (the User) can make collect loyalty points on purchases from our Site. Please read them carefully.

You must be at least 16 years of age to open an account on www.suzanneespercakeschool.com. You will be prompted to register for an account at checkout following your first purchase. If you are already registered on our site, simply log in and start collecting points on every new purchase.

Points will expire after 12 months of issue. It is the users responsibility to use these points in a timely manner. Unused points after this date will not be re-issued.

• Points are non-transferrable and are associated with the email you check out with. In the event of multiple accounts, please either consolidate to the one account prior to collecting points as only points associated with the email you have checked out with can be redeemed.
• Points can only be redeemed on the Suzanne Esper Cake School website – www.suzanneespercakeschool.com against a valid course or product order.
• Points cannot be exchanged for cash or a store credit
• Points cannot be deducted for orders already processed and must be applied prior to checkout. In the event you forget to add your points, you can use these points on a future order. We will not be able to retrospectively award points.
• Points can be collected on all purchases from www.suzanneespercakeschool.com that YOU make. If you receive a gift card, points that may have accrued will be allocated to the purchaser only and are non-transferrable to you the giftee unless you are purchasing for yourself.
• From time to time we will award bonus points for additional actions you may take on and off our site such as adding your birth date to your account (did someone say birthday surprise?). Other actions include buying a particular advertised promotional product, sharing feedback on a product or class when prompted, sharing a promotion on Social media, filling out our surveys or becoming an affiliate.
• £1.00 spent = 1 loyalty point. 1 loyalty point is the equivalent of 0.01 pence which you can exchange when you reach a minimum of 250 loyalty points collected. For example, if you spend £250 on classes or products you will have collected 250 points. This can be exchanged for a £2.50 discount voucher off any new purchase on the Suzanne Esper Cake School site. This voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
• The voucher redeemed cannot be more than that basket value.
• Points are only valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
• Suzanne Esper Cake School reserves the right to cancel points awarded when an item is returned in the event of a partial refund / full refund on your account.
• Points will not be awarded for postage costs, only basket items.
• You cannot collect points on a trade or wholesale account as you will have our best-discounted price as it is.
• Only new orders after 8^th February 2023 will qualify for our points scheme.
• We reserve the right to withdraw this loyalty scheme or change the point value at any time for any reason without giving notice.
