The Suzanne Esper range of concentrated edible macaron dust colours make your macarons POP. With 29 dust colours in the range, there will be a colour to suit your theme. Each colour can make a multitude of shades within the colour range. These dusts can be used to colour buttercream, ganache and fondant. Just dilute in water to activate and dissolve the concentrated particles.

Each colour carries a Best Before use date of approx June however, the product carries the label of best to use within 24 months of opening the pot not when purchased. After this time (24 months) whilst the product is still safe to consume the potency (colour) may alter over time. All that means is the powder is less concentrated.
