Embarrassingly, Suzanne used to use a loyalty points card from a well known coffee shop when applying royal icing over a stencil! But no more -this functional little handy icing scraper is credit card size, with straight sharp sides and rounded corners to give you the smoothest possible finish on your cakes.
Owing to its flexibility, this scraper is perfect for smoothing and perfecting blemishes on the surface of a cake using buttercream, royal icing or ganache. You can also use it to backfill silicon moulds with fondant or modeling paste.
Made in the UK from top quality food-safe polymer material.
To clean, simply wipe clean in warm soapy water. NOT dishwasher safe.
