I have been making macarons for 12 years but only mastered them 8 years ago CONSISTENTLY! Since then I have baked at least 12,000+ without stress or worry that they won’t work. I have taught 1000s of students over the past six years with great success with the French Macaron method and now I am repeating this with the Italian Macaron method. You really don’t need to be a pastry chef, I’ll walk you through my exact technique, recipe and I will share all my hints and tips!
