It doesn’t matter whether you’re a complete beginner or a seasoned professional this course will develop and enhance your ability to create a variety of realistic sugar flowers, which will give your cakes the sensational wow factor.

We’ve all seen the wee hours of the night as we work tirelessly to produce the best possible cake for our customers, family and friends. We’ve also all looked at each other’s cakes and thought “I could never do that!” Well I am going to change all that!

Over 8 years, I have developed a sugar flower method which creates both incredible realism and fast beautiful results every time and I want to share this with you in the comfort of your own home. I know how hard it can be to attend classes, time is precious and we just don't have enough of it. That's why I decided to run this course online, so anyone, anywhere can make it to one of my classes. You don't need to leave the house! It's a win win!

I am going to share with you the exact process I follow when I make my flowers, from the way I plan each flower, the products I use, the process I follow when building my flower and how I store the end result. In no time at all I’ll have you assembling your flowers in a few hours, or less!

If you submit your homework each week by the given date, you will be entered into a fantastic competition to win some amazing prizes. The winners will be selected by a top cake decorating panel of judges from around the world! On the last course the overall winner was picked by none other than the incredible talent that is Giovanna of Sugar Art Studio. Our winner June was absolutly delighted!

All of these flowers included for the cost of £180:

A full sized Cafe au lait Dahlia, Avalanche rose, Moth orchid, David Austin, English rose, a variety of Peonies, Lisianthus, Anemone, Hydrangea and Eucalyptus

I signed up to the night school and it was the best thing I’ve done in ages. Suzanne is just a natural teacher that you can’t not help but learn from her experience. Very professional but fun as well. The whole group, myself included have improved our sugar flowers beyond belief, as well as having the best 8 weeks viewing experience EVER. Can’t wait for NS2. Thanks Suzanne you’re a 🌟

As a busy mum of 2, I just can’t find the time to go to cake classes so hearing about night school was a game changer! I have never been great at making flowers so saw this as a great opportunity to make not 1, but 11 different flowers and at my own leisure. It’s been amazing!!!! The classes are easy to follow and the best thing is the live sessions which help to answer any troubleshooting issues and tips and advice is always on hand. The group that is created within members is very supportive and it’s made me more productive as a result so I’m so thankful for this course and highly recommend anyone else to try

I thoroughly recommend Suzanne’s class. I’ve been making cakes for many years and always looking to improve my skills. Suzanne’s class has given me back my drive and passion to take my skills to the next level. Her course was so detailed and well instructed, support is offered every step of the way. Each week brought more excitement through the release of a new flower followed with a live chat and tutorial session which allowed everyone to ask questions along the way. Each week was also spurred on through a competition with guest judges based on the Flower we created that week. I was so thrilled to win the first week and as the overall winner of the course! I’ve had so many compliments from my customers, they can’t believe my flowers are made of sugar and not real! You’ve made me proud of my work Suzanne, I am so grateful that you’ve shared your knowledge and amazing talent. I cannot wait for night school 2.. and 3 and 4... xx

Taking the Night School with Suzanne Esper was one of the best cake experiences I’ve ever had. Suzanne is knowledgable and thorough, and takes the time to show you how she does every step. . She’s a wonderful instructor, making it easy to follow along. The class never feels rushed, and Suzanne always provides ample explanation of what she is doing. Having an opportunity to see each flower done again through the private Facebook group is terrific, as you get to ask questions and see variations on how each flower is done, using different cutters . The written instructions and handouts for each flower are excellent. You also become part of a wonderful group of like minded individuals. Suzanne makes the class fun, exciting, and provides a fresh take on how to make sugar flowers. I would recommend this class anybody who wants to learn how to make a variety of sugar flowers from an expert in this field. Well done, Suzanne!
