Natalie a mulit award winning cake artist returns with her brilliant new class covering a wide range of skills - by the end you will be a colour clever, sharp-edge, flower making, petal dusting pro!!

What you'll learn

In this one day class you will learn to create this pretty, elegant and practical design that can be adapted for weddings and other events. The skills you will learn are:
• How to cover a dummy-cake with sugarpaste for an immaculate, sharp edged finish
• Make perfect sugar peonies, using Natalie's signature rapid rose method and all-in-one five petal peony cutters, finished beautifully with petal dusts
• Create hand cut peony leaves - simple but effective!
• Mix colours to make the perfect base for gold paint
• Create a sequin'd separator and matching golden drips
• And assemble everything to create this gorgeous, stylish design!

Refreshments
There will be plenty of tea and coffee provided throughout the class. Please bring a packed lunch with you. There is a microwave and fridge available to use.

Location
The class will be taught at Suzanne Esper Cake School located in the small village of Braehead ( not the Glasgow one- ML11 8EU). Easy access from both major airports - Glasgow and Edinburgh and easy access from all Glasgow city centre train stations. For those who wish to travel by car, there is convenient parking to the front of the studio, details will be provided upon booking.

Payment
The class costs £175 per person. The class can be paid in full or if you would like to pay in instalments please Choose that optin from the drop down menu on the booking form. A non-refundable deposit of £75 would be due at time of booking. The remaining £100 is due in the class. To book and pay in full, simply add to cart at the top of this page. You'll be directed to a secure payment page where you can pay via credit or debit card.
